About The Cheltrin Rose Centre

The Cheltrin Rose Centre was established on the 2 July 2012 by Rozanne Bihl is the founder member and started the business out as a Special needs centre that caters for children with medical conditions etc. Spina Bifida, Anorectal malformation, feeding tubes. This soon grew into an Inclusive centre as more people enquired for mainstream crèche for special needs children siblings and others as well .Now this centre is an Inclusive day care centre which caters for special needs children and mainstream children.

Rozanne Bihl is a registered nurse by trade and have extensive knowledge in paediatrics, she is a qualified paediatric nurse, stoma therapist and experience in incontinence management and wound care.
